Section 3 - End of Lease Preferences
Please let us know your preferences for unsold items and final-week discounting. If no discount preference is provided, an automatic 30% discount will be applied in the final week of your lease.

Section 4 - Consignment Policies

12. Lease Period & Final-Week Discount

I understand my items will be listed for a 4 week lease period. In the final week, my nominated discount (or the automatic 30% if none specified) will be applied to all unsold items. I agree to this pricing adjustment without further notice.
13. End of Lease & Unsold Items
*
I understand that at the end of my lease period I have 7 days to collect unsold items if I have chosen to do so. If I have selected donation, I authorise The Preloved Cub to retain unsold items for resale. Any items that are brand new with tags (BNWT) and sizes under 0 (6-12 months) will be passed on to a charitable organisation at The Preloved Cub's discretion. If items are not collected within the 7-day window and no donation preference was selected, items will be donated to charity on my behalf.
14. Restock & Early Withdrawal Fee

I understand that if I withdraw items before the end of my lease period, a restock fee applies. I agree to this fee as outlined in the rate card.
15. Item Condition

I declare that all items I am submitting are clean, free from stains, odours, pilling, and damage, and have been honestly assessed. I understand that items not meeting The Preloved Cub's quality standards will be returned to me or held for collection.
16. Ownership Declaration

I confirm that I am the rightful owner of all items submitted and have the full right to sell them.All items are free from any finance, liens, or third-party claims.
17. Photography & Listing Consent

I consent to The Preloved Cub photographing and listing my items across their sales platforms including their website, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Depop and markets.
18. Payment Terms

I understand that consignment earnings will be paid out in accordance with The Preloved Cub's payment schedule, and that items sold are final — no reversal of sales once completed.
