      - The terms and conditions of our services, such as confidentiality, liability, dispute resolution, termination, etc.

      By signing the engagement letter, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our services and you authorize us to perform the services as described in the letter. You also acknowledge that you have the right to seek independent legal advice before signing the letter.
