Fees for 2026 / 2027
Registration Fee
A once-off registration fee of R500 per child is required upon enrolment to secure your child’s placement for 2027.

Please note:

The registration fee will be deducted from the first month’s facilitation fee.
This fee is non-refundable should enrolment be cancelled before the start of the term.

Monthly Facilitation Fees

I understand that the monthly fees are as follows:

R2,500 per child per month – Includes facilitation and access to the Adaptive Learning Programme.
R2,200 per child per month – For learners enrolled in an alternative curriculum requiring facilitation support only.

Fees & Payment Agreement

I understand that:
Fees are payable monthly as agreed.
Payment must be made on or before the last day of each month.
Once enrolled, I accept full responsibility for payment of all fees as agreed.
A full calendar month’s written notice is required should my child discontinue attendance.

Late Payment Policy

A grace period of 3 (three) days will be allowed after the payment due date.
A single late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding monthly fee will be charged on all overdue accounts once the grace period has expired.
The late payment fee is applied per month and will continue to apply while the account remains in arrears.

Grace and Growth reserves the right to suspend access to facilitation, learning support, and programmes where fees remain outstanding.
All fees remain payable during any period of suspension or notice.

Please read and agree to Grace & Growth Code of Conduct, Fee Structure, and policies.
By registering my child with Grace & Growth, I acknowledge and agree that:

Monthly fees are payable in advance, and one full calendar month's written notice is required should I wish to discontinue any Grace & Growth service.

I give consent for Grace & Growth to provide basic first aid or seek appropriate medical attention in the event of an emergency.

I agree to comply with Grace & Growth's policies and guidelines relating to behaviour, safety, and the appropriate use of technology.

I understand that Grace & Growth is not a school or registered educational institution, but a learning support service that provides access to adaptive learning technology, learner support, guidance, and administration.

I understand that I, as the parent/legal guardian, remain fully responsible for my child's education, including selecting and overseeing their educational programme, ensuring compliance with South African homeschooling requirements where applicable, and registering my child for homeschooling with the relevant Department of Education where required by law.
