- Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Vendor participation is subject to approval by festival organizers.
- Spaces are assigned based on product category, diversity, and availability.
- Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits and insurance.
- Booth fees are non-refundable after approval unless otherwise determined by organizers.
8.PAYMENT TERMS
Important notice
- Payment for booth space will only be requested after your application has been reviewed and approved by the event team
- Approved vendors will receive an acceptance email with payment instructions.
- All vendor payments must be made via etransfer after approval.
- Applications submitted without approval should not send payment.
I understand that this vendor application does not guarantee acceptance into the TORONTO DRAGON FESTIVAL. I understand that upon acceptance, I will receive a confirmation letter along with an invoice for event fees. I understand that it is only when my fees are paid in full that lam are considered booked in as a festival vendor. I understand that in the case the committee finds another candidate to fill up the spot prior to receiving my payment the acceptance letter will be nullified
