  • EVENT DAY PROCEDURES:

            The vendor is required to provide all necessary items to set up their booth/area.

     

    SET UP:  Thursday 12pm-8pm September 17th

    VENDORS MUST BE SETUP BY Noon FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 18th. If you DO NOT have your display in place by Friday deadline, you will forfeit your vendor spot and payment. 

    EVENT: September 18th & 19th (see social media pages for event schedule)

    TEAR DOWN: Sunday SEPTEMBER 20TH 9a-1p

          

         Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event.    

          Vendors MUST have merchandise or products for sale or display the day of the event. 

         The vendor is expected to display professionalism, courtesy, and respect, when speaking or dealing with ANY guest.

    NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, IF THE MMM TEAM FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED.

    NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE. WITH NO REFUND
