  • Agreement Terms & Conditions

  • 1. PARTIES — This Agreement is between Take the Trip, LLC and the Client and all passengers in the reservation. The signer confirms they are at least 18 and authorized to sign for all passengers.

    2. SERVICES PROVIDED — Take the Trip provides pre-arranged private transportation including airport, winery, corporate, event, special occasion, and custom charter transportation. Subject to weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle availability, and other circumstances beyond the Company's control. Arrival times are not guaranteed.

    3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT — Confirmed only after Company acceptance. Client agrees to pay all applicable fees including transportation, waiting time, tolls, parking, cleaning, damage charges, and other agreed services.

    4. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION TERMS — Clients must provide accurate flight information. The Company is not responsible for airline schedule changes, missed flights, missed connections, TSA delays, customs delays, weather delays, or traffic delays.

    5. WAIT TIME POLICY — Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after actual arrival. Residential or business pickups include up to 15 minutes. Additional wait time may be billed.

    6. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS — More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund. Less than 24 hours: non-refundable. No-shows: no refund. Service may be cancelled due to unsafe operating conditions.

    7. PASSENGER CONDUCT — Passengers shall not engage in unlawful, threatening, violent, or disruptive conduct. Service may be terminated without refund if safety concerns arise.

    8. ALCOHOL POLICY — Passengers are solely responsible for alcohol consumption and related conduct. The Company is not liable for injuries or damages arising from alcohol consumption.

    9. CHILD PASSENGERS — Clients are responsible for providing and properly installing legally required child safety restraints.

    10. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS — Service animals are welcome as required by law. Pets require prior approval.

    11. LUGGAGE AND PERSONAL PROPERTY — Passengers are responsible for their belongings. The Company is not liable for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged items.

    12. VEHICLE DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES — Clients are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by passengers.

    13. MEDICAL DISCLOSURE — Take the Trip is not a medical transportation provider.

    14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK — Transportation involves inherent risks including accidents, road hazards, weather events, injury, disability, and death. Client voluntarily assumes all such risks.

    15. RELEASE OF LIABILITY — Client releases Take the Trip and all related parties from claims arising from transportation services to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    16. INDEMNIFICATION — Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from passenger conduct or violation of this Agreement.

    17. PHOTO & MARKETING RELEASE — See optional authorization question below.

    18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS — Client consents to communication by email, text message, and telephone.

    19. GOVERNING LAW — This Agreement is governed by Oregon law, with venue in Washington County, Oregon.

    20. SEVERABILITY — If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

    21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT — This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
