Dogs accepted for walks must:
Be in good health and fit for exercise
Be free from contagious illnesses
Have received appropriate flea and worm treatment
Not display dangerous aggression towards people or other animals
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend services if a dog's health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other dogs, or the walker.
3. Walking Services
Solo Walks
Individual walks are available for dogs who require one-to-one attention, training support, rehabilitation, or who are unsuitable for group walks. We do offer same household dog walks to keep your furry friends together.
Walk durations are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, safety concerns, or the dog's wellbeing.
4. Lead and Off-Lead Walking
Dogs will remain on lead unless:
Written permission has been provided by the owner
The dog demonstrates reliable recall
The location is considered safe and suitable
We reserve the right to keep any dog on lead if we believe it is necessary for their safety or the safety of others.
5. Weather Conditions
Walks may be modified, shortened, or cancelled during:
Extreme heat
Severe rain or storms
Ice or snow
Any weather conditions that could compromise safety

In the event that a dog becomes ill, injured, or requires urgent veterinary attention while in our care:
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the owner using the details provided.
If the owner cannot be reached, or if circumstances require immediate action to protect the dog's welfare, we are authorised to seek veterinary advice and treatment from the owner's nominated veterinary practice or, where necessary, the nearest available veterinary surgeon.
Decisions regarding emergency treatment will be made in good faith and in the best interests of the dog based on veterinary guidance.
The owner agrees to be fully responsible for all veterinary fees, medication costs, transport costs, and any related expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.
While reasonable care will always be taken, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any veterinary treatment or emergency intervention.
8. Aggressive Behaviour
For the safety of our staff, clients, members of the public, and other animals, owners must disclose any history of aggression, biting, reactivity, guarding behaviour, or other behavioural concerns before services commence.
Services may be refused, suspended, or terminated immediately, without notice, if a dog:
Displays aggressive or threatening behaviour towards people
Bites, attempts to bite, attacks, or injures any person or animal
