Attendance, Scheduling, Tuition, and Educational Materials Policy
• All booked class times, appointments, lessons, memberships, packages, and reserved time slots are considered final once scheduled and paid for.
• Bravissimo Art Center reserves instructor time, studio space, and preparation resources specifically for each student's scheduled class. As a result, all tuition, memberships, packages, and session purchases are non-refundable.
• Sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Unused sessions expire after thirty (30) days unless otherwise approved by Bravissimo Art Center.
• Late arrivals do not extend session time. Classes and lessons will end at their originally scheduled time regardless of arrival time.
• Missed classes, cancellations, and no-shows are generally not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or rescheduling.
• If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, Bravissimo Art Center will provide educational materials related to the missed lesson whenever available. These materials may include PDF e-books, worksheets, handouts, demonstrations, project guides, instructional references, process sheets, or other learning resources designed to continue the student's artistic development.
The educational resources provided for missed classes are intended to supplement and continue the learning experience and often contain instructional content whose educational value exceeds the cost of the missed class session.
• Receipt of these educational materials fulfills Bravissimo Art Center's obligation regarding missed class attendance and does not create an entitlement to additional refunds, credits, make-up sessions, transfers, or rescheduling unless otherwise approved by Bravissimo Art Center.
• Bravissimo Art Center reserves the right to determine which educational materials are appropriate for each missed class and may update or modify these materials at any time.
• By enrolling in classes, purchasing memberships or packages, or reserving instructional time, students and parents acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
