Please use this form to submit your Iowa Indie Bookshop Passport.
Instructions
- Pick up the official Iowa Indie Bookshop Tour Passport at any participating Iowa Indie Bookshop. A full list of participants can be found here.
- Support at least two Iowa Bookshops between July 1 and September 30, 2026.
- Take a picture of your passport containing AT LEAST 2 stickers.
- Submit this form once you have completed your visits.
- Only one passport per person can be submitted.
- Only passports submitted between July 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 are eligble for prizes.
- Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central on September 30, 2026.
