Custom Order Agreement (All Box's Must Be Checked)

1. All Sales Final — All custom orders are final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
2. Non‑Refundable Deposit — Deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
3. 24‑Hour Payment Window — Remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours of completion. If not, the item will be listed for sale and the deposit forfeited.
4. Abandoned Orders — If you become unresponsive for 48 hours after completion, the order is considered abandoned and the item will be listed for sale.
5. Accurate Wrist Measurement — Incorrect measurements may require a resizing fee.
6. Natural Stone Variations — Crystals vary naturally in color, pattern, and texture; these are not defects.
7. Turnaround Time — Typical creation time is 3–7 days depending on materials and order volume.
8. Design Approval — Major redesigns may require an additional fee.
9. Energy‑Based Creations — Intuitive or intention‑based designs cannot be altered once completed.
10. Shipping Costs — If you choose shipping, the cost typically ranges from $5 - $25 depending on weight and location. I will calculate your exact shipping cost and send your full order total (including shipping) before the remaining payment is due.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address — If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, additional payment may be required to resend or redirect the package.
