2026 TATTOO REQUEST form for @inkbypaula

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in getting tattooed by me (@inkbypaula) :) I'm currently working out of Liquid Amber Tattoo shop, located on Commercial Drive, Vancouver.

Please look at my existing work on Instagram to get an idea of what my tattoos look like so you're familiar with my style. Please understand that I cannot accept every tattoo request, and that filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment with me.

If we go ahead and decide to work together, I will require a non-refundable $100 deposit, to be deducted from the total price of your tattoo on the day of.

Tattoos start at $200.

Rather than charging by the hour, every tattoo session is quoted at a fixed price before your appointment. Pricing is based on the size, placement, level of detail, and the time reserved for your tattoo.

You'll always know the total cost in advance, so there are no surprises at the end of your appointment.

* I tattoo 18yrs and up. Otherwise, I need parental consent.

* I don't tattoo hands/fingers/feet/neck often - Sometimes I will do these parts, but not often.

* I work weekdays between 12-8pm and occasional weekends.

I generally work on weekdays (and the RARE weekend). What is your availability like in general for this appointment?

If you don't hear back within 2 months, it means your request did not make it to bookings, or the style you requested is not in my wheelhouse. You can re-submit in 2 months if you'd like to try again!
