EVENT CONDITIONS

1. Event Postponement, Cancellation and Refunds

In the event of unforseen circumstances or force majeure (such as pandemics, extreme weather, or venue unavailability), MNB reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or defer events. Participants will be notified promptly and refunds will be accordingly to MNB's refund policy.

2. Participant Expectations and Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully during MNB events. Any behaviour that violates this expectation may result in disciplinary action.

3. Health and Safety

The safety of participants, coaches and spectators is of the utmost importance. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and follow health protocols.
