Please note the following before submitting:
- Custom commissions can take 4 or more weeks to be completed based on the size and scale of the project. Completion timelines are estimates and may be affected by drying, glazing, and kiln schedules.
- A 50% deposit is required before the project is started. Deposits are non-refundable, and the final 50% payment is due before shipping or pickup/delivery. Payments are accepted via Venmo.
- Shipping costs are not included in the commission price and will be calculated upon completion of the project. I am currently only accepting orders in the United States.
- Custom commissions are designed in my artistic style. Photos provided can be used for inspiration but exact copies of another artist’s work will not be made.
- Handmade ceramics naturally contain slight variations in size, shape, glaze, and finish. These variations and minor imperfections are part of the handmade nature of the work. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from reference photos due to natural firing fluctuations.
- Project revisions may not be possible after work has begun and will be handled on a case by case basis. Revisions may incur additional costs.
- All items will be food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe, and dinnerware safe unless explicitly stated during the glaze selection process.
- These items are fragile and I take great care in packaging them to ensure they arrive safely. If a piece arrives broken, please reach out to me and I will issue a refund for the item(s) damaged.
