- Setup Fee: The one-time setup fee is non-refundable. Your embed code and activation details are delivered upon confirmed payment. Monthly subscription begins on your Activation Date and is billed automatically.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice.
- No Lead Guarantee: PeakLever qualifies and scores your website visitors. We do not guarantee appointments, clients, or sales.
- Your Data Stays Yours: You own your visitors' information and every document you share with us. We use your content exclusively to build and run your AI Assistant — it is never used to train or configure any other realtor's agent.
- Platform Compatibility: You are responsible for confirming your website platform supports custom JavaScript before signup. The setup fee is non-refundable if your platform does not support the embed code.
