    For custom quote requests, please allow up to 24 hours for me to create a personalized quote that best reflects your specific project needs.

    If you selected a design package with a set price and included details, I will review your request and confirm your project. Once approved, you will receive a Creative Services Agreement outlining all project details, terms, and expectations.

    To officially secure your project, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before any design work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion and approval. These terms will also be provided in your agreement form for review before moving forward.
