Services may include rental listing preparation, marketing support, showing coordination, lease preparation, move-in coordination, or other leasing-related assistance.

This form takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.

Once submitted, Keasy will review your request, confirm any missing or required details, and coordinate next steps.

Most approved Concierge Leasing Services are started within five business days, subject to property access, documentation, readiness, scheduling, and service availability.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you are requesting Keasy to review and assist with leasing-related services for the property identified in this submission. These services may include, depending on the selected request type, listing preparation, leasing coordination, move-in coordination, lease preparation, or other related leasing support.

This form is intended as an initial intake request only. It is not intended to collect all final listing, lease, move-in, or marketing details. Additional information may be requested later through a separate listing input sheet, lease preparation form, follow-up communication, or other Keasy intake process.

Submission of this form does not guarantee that Keasy will accept the property or request for service, approve the listing, launch marketing, prepare or complete a lease, complete move-in coordination, secure a tenant, meet any requested timeline, or achieve any specific leasing result.

The submitting party confirms that they are the property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner and have authority to request leasing-related services for the property. The submitting party also confirms that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Keasy may rely on the information provided to begin review of the request and may request additional information, documents, approvals, access details, ownership verification, identity verification, or authority confirmation before moving forward.

Any requested start date, move-in date, listing date, or lease preparation timeline is considered a preference only and is not guaranteed. Timing may depend on property readiness, access, owner approvals, tenant or applicant information, documentation, market conditions, staff availability, and other operational factors.

If the property is occupied or if a move-in, lease preparation, or tenant-related step is involved, coordination may require communication with current tenants, future tenants, applicants, occupants, owners, vendors, or other authorized parties. Delays may occur if access, information, documents, signatures, payments, or approvals are incomplete or unavailable.

Additional services, ongoing property management, vendor coordination, repairs, inspections, legal notices, tenant placement, or work outside the selected service may require separate approval, separate pricing, or a separate written agreement.

Any applicable Keasy service fee is non-refundable once intake, review, coordination, listing preparation, lease preparation, move-in coordination, or other related work has begun.

Keasy may communicate by email, phone, or text regarding this request and related services. By proceeding, the submitting party confirms that they understand and agree to these terms.
