  • Deadline: August 16, 2026 for application submission. Selected vendors will receive an email by August 23, 2026. Payment deadline September 6, 2026.

     Event Date: Saturday, October 10, 11 am - 5 pm

     

    Location: Waterfront Market at Ruston 5101 Yacht Club Road. Tacoma Wa. 98407

     

    Vendor Set-Up: 9:00 am - 11:00 am must be completed by event start time.

     

    Vendor Take Down/Clean Up: 5:00 pm - must be completed by 6pm

    ** Please be mindful when picking your space what you will be doing , for example will you want to demo your product or will you want to hold a class , that you allow room to move around. **

  • Harvest Moon Fiber Fest reserves the right to decline or prohibit any vendor proposed vendor not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event.

    The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Waterfront Market at Ruston, Harvest Moon Fiber Fest in c/o The Kind Bee & Co., its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Vendor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

    Vendor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Vendor's display or caused by the Vendor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.
