Terms and Conditions: Keasy Express Services
By submitting this form, you are requesting Keasy to review and coordinate the Express Service selected in this submission for the property identified in this form.
Keasy Express Services may include notice posting, scheduled on-site visits, occupancy checks, taking possession coordination, property access coordination, documentation, photos, communication with authorized parties, and related property support services, depending on the selected service.
This form is intended as an initial intake and service request. Submission of this form does not guarantee that Keasy will accept the request, complete the requested service, meet a requested timeline, resolve a property issue, confirm occupancy status, complete legal possession, or achieve any specific result.
The submitting party confirms that they are the property owner or an authorized representative of the property owner and have authority to request the selected service for the property. The submitting party also confirms that all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
Keasy may rely on the information provided to review, schedule, and coordinate the requested service. Keasy may request additional information, access instructions, documents, approvals, ownership verification, identity verification, or authority confirmation before moving forward.
Express Services are prioritized for review and scheduling; however, completion timelines are not guaranteed. Timing may depend on property access, staff availability, vendor availability, legal requirements, weather, tenant or occupant cooperation, owner approvals, documentation, safety concerns, and other operational factors.
The submitting party is responsible for providing lawful access instructions and confirming that Keasy is authorized to enter, access, visit, post notices, document conditions, or coordinate possession-related activity at the property as applicable to the requested service.
Notice posting services require the submitting party to provide the notice or approve the notice content before posting. Keasy does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any notice is legally sufficient, properly drafted, or enforceable. The submitting party is responsible for confirming that all notices, instructions, and requested actions comply with applicable law.
Occupancy checks and property visits are based on visual observations and available information at the time of service. Keasy does not guarantee whether a property is legally occupied, abandoned, vacant, secure, safe, or ready for possession. Any photos, notes, or reports provided are for documentation purposes only and are not professional inspection reports, legal determinations, or guarantees of property condition.
Taking possession services are performed only when authorized by the owner or authorized representative and when Keasy determines that the requested coordination can be performed operationally. Keasy does not provide legal advice and does not determine legal possession rights. The submitting party is responsible for ensuring that possession-related instructions are lawful and properly authorized.
Additional fees may apply for extended on-site time, waiting time, locksmith services, rekeying, vendor charges, supplies, travel outside the standard service area, emergency coordination, repeated visits, or work outside the selected service. Any applicable additional charges may be billed separately or deducted from owner funds when permitted.
Any applicable Keasy Express Service fee is non-refundable once intake, review, scheduling, coordination, travel, communication, documentation, or related work has begun.
Keasy may communicate by email, phone, or text regarding this request and related services. By submitting this form, the submitting party confirms that they understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
