  • Consent to Perform Criminal History Background Check

  • “I am an applicant for employment with Rockin’ K Farms.  I have been advised that as a part of the application process, the Farm conducts a criminal history background check.  I do hereby consent to the Farm’s use of any information during the application process in performing that criminal history background check.

    “I have been informed by the Farm that I have the right to review and challenge any negative information that would adversely impact the Farm’s decision to offer employment.  I have also been advised that the Farm will give me a reasonable opportunity to clean or any mistakes in the information reported. However, I do understand that time is of the essence and reasonableness of time is within the sole discretion of the Farm.
