Foster Agreement
A Pugs and Kisses identification tag will remain on the foster pet.
Approval required before veterinary care is obtained unless it is an emergency.
I will keep the foster dog until a new foster home is arranged if needed.
Foster dog will be provided secure and safe indoor shelter. At no time will I chain, tether, or tie up the dog outside.
Fresh water will be available at all times.
Foster dog will be fed at least twice daily.
Foster dog will not be left unattended in a vehicle.
Crating will not be used as punishment.
Foster dog will remain under my supervision and control at all times.
No overnight care by others without prior approval.
Behavioral issues will be reported immediately.
Foster dog will not be abandoned or relinquished.
Foster dog will not be euthanized.
I will cooperate with approved training requirements.
I acknowledge the foster dog remains property of Pugs and Kisses.
I release Pugs and Kisses from liability while foster dog is in my care.
Foster dog will not be rehomed, given away, or impounded at a shelter.
Approval required for all reimbursements for food, supplies and grooming.
Foster dog will wear a harness and leash at all times while outside unless dog is supervised in a secured/fenced in area
I will not take foster dog to any dog parks
