PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU GRANT THE BROADEST LEGAL RELEASE AND SETTLEMENT FOR THE ACCEPTED RISKS.

The participant acknowledges that horseback riding is an adventure activity with inherent risks. Horses are living, powerful, and unpredictable animals that may react suddenly (kicking, biting, bucking, tripping, running, or bolting) to external stimuli, noises, vehicles, or the presence of wildlife. Furthermore, all stages related to the route and the natural environment present specific risks such as soft sand, uneven terrain, cliffs, rocks, branches, as well as weather or ocean variations that can cause falls, severe bodily injury, disability, or death. The foregoing includes, but is not limited to: transportation to the site, staging/waiting areas, the act of interacting with, petting, feeding, approaching, mounting, dis mounting, and the time spent trail riding on the beach of Ensenada, Baja California (Federal Maritime Terrestrial Zone).

The participant fully releases from any and all civil, criminal, administrative, or any other liability DESERT TRAILS, and/or the contracting CRUISE LINES, as well as their respective partners, directors, employees, guides, contractors, suppliers, and owners of the animals or lands used. The undersigning party grants the broadest release and settlement permitted by law and covenants not to file or participate in any legal action, complaint, or claim against them for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the inherent risks accepted in this document.

For safety and animal welfare purposes, the following mandatory limits are established: a) Weight: Maximum 120 kg (264 lbs); the operator reserves the right to verify weight and cancel the service without right to a refund if exceeded. b) Physical Condition: Participation while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or medications that impair reflexes is strictly prohibited. c) Contraindications: Not permitted for pregnant women, or individuals with chronic spine or neckinjuries, or severe heart conditions. The participant declares under penalty of perjury that they meet these requirements; any falsehood or omission fully releases the operator from any liability for resulting health complications.

Participants agree to strictly use, comply with, and observe the safety elements, helmets, and devices indicated by the staff before and during the activity. The voluntary removal, refusal, or improper use of said equipment shall be considered an act of exclusive negligence by the participant, eliminating any causal link and releasing the company from any liability for resulting injuries.

The participant accepts that the activity may be recorded via audio, video, or photography. This material will be strictly for internal use for quality control, service logbooks, and as physical legal evidence to demonstrate strict compliance with the company's safety protocols in the event of any incident. I also permit the use of my image and/or that of my minor child, for promotional means on internet, video, and/or printing.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Baja California.

I declare under penalty of perjury that I have carefully read this single-page agreement, accepting its terms and the release of liability freely and voluntarily, binding myself, my estate, and my legal representatives.
