Participant Waiver + Release of Liability.

I understand that participation in Embrace It Goes Remote may include activities such as yoga, hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, fitness classes, wellness activities, and other outdoor recreational experiences.I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I am physically able to participate. I assume all risks associated with these activities and release Embrace It Fitness Inc., Plato's Island Resort, Farmhouse Vintage Rentals, event hosts, instructors, volunteers, and partners from any liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

Photo + Video Release

During the retreat, photos and videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes by Embrace It Fitness Inc. and event partners. By participating, I grant permission for my image, likeness, and voice to be used in social media, websites, promotional materials, and future retreat marketing without compensation.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another participant with organizer approval. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. If Embrace It Fitness cancels the retreat, all monies paid will be fully refunded.
