Early Registration Perks (Before August 1)

Register by August 1 and receive a complimentary 45-minute Product Knowledge Super Clinic held in the Outdoor Amphitheatre Seating area.

When: Hosted during the Brand Showcase (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM over three days).

Availability: Only 30 complimentary slots available—awarded on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

Need More Time? Additional 45-minute slots can be purchased for $100 each.

Retailer/Outfitter Engagement Fund: Nominate Your Top Retailers for Free Lodging

Help us bring your key buyers to PTC Colab 2026!

Each exhibitor booth registration includes a credit for one retailer for up to three room nights at the Holiday Inn Express.

Nominate your top 10 retail/outfitter partners (in priority order) for us to contact and offer free lodging through our Retailer Engagement Fund.

This fund is contingent upon PTC reaching a baseline event revenue of $10,000 to cover site expenses. Once this threshold is met, complimentary lodging credits will be released. Nominated businesses will be invited on a first-come, first-served basis based on booth registration dates. PTC member retailers/outfitters will be prioritized.
