Dime Box Homecoming Festival Vendor & Exhibitor Sign-Up Form

Each Vendor / Exhibitor space measures 10' x 10', costs $50, and is non-refundable. All spaces will be located on Bowers Street and Stephen F Austin Boulevard, which are the main areas of the Homecoming Festival. The areas will be closed off to vehicular traffic.

If signing up for multiple 10' x 10' spaces, they will be assigned together (side-by-side). Vendors / Exhibitors are responsible for providing the necessary contents for your space(s), to include: a canopy, table, chairs, signage, decorations, display racks or shelves. NOTE: Electricity will NOT be provided or available, and use of an existing power outlet located on the outside of buildings in the area is prohibited. You are welcome to bring a fueled, solar, or battery-powered generator for use in your Vendor / Exhibitor space.

The Dime Box Homecoming Festival (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival"), the Dime Box Lions Club, their members, and official representatives, are not responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage. The Festival will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in downtown Dime Box, TX. I am signing up to participate as a Vendor / Exhibitor and am aware that the Fee(s) for participating are non-refundable. I will keep my Vendor/Exhibitor space(s) open and operational during the entirety of the Festival and not close or depart before 6 pm. Pre-Festival set up for Vendors / Exhibitors will be available on Friday, October 2nd, beginning at 3 pm, and must be completed NO LATER than 8 pm.
