Youth Camp
August 25–28, 2026
Includes 3-night stay, meals, snacks, activities, and full ASL communication access.

Family & Children Camp Weekend
August 28–30, 2026
Includes 2-night stay, meals, snacks, activities, and full ASL communication access.

Meals Included
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and campfire treats during the program.

Family Weekend:
Friday evening snack, Saturday meals and snacks, and Sunday breakfast/lunch.

Accommodations
Private & Shared cabin-style accommodations at Pigeon Lake.

Activities
Boating, climbing, archery, hiking, kayaking, team-building activities, camp games, and more.

This is a Deaf-centred camp led by staff and volunteers, with full communication access in ASL.

Liability Waiver and FOIP Release – ASL Family Camp (Aug 25–30, 2026)

1. Liability Waiver (Required)

I understand that participation in the ASL Family Camp involves physical activities and outdoor experiences that carry some risk. I accept full responsibility for myself and my family members. I release and hold harmless the Edmonton Association of the Deaf (EAD), staff, and volunteers from all claims of injury, loss, or damage.

FOIP / Photo & Video Release (Required)I give permission to the Edmonton Association of the Deaf (EAD) to take and use photographs and/or videos of me and/or my child(ren) during the camp for promotional or reporting purposes (e.g., website, newsletter, social media).
