    Members:
    One-on-one meetings with other seat-specific members are focused, intentional conversations designed to build strong professional relationships. These meetings allow us to learn about each other's businesses, ideal clients, and how we can mutually support referrals and growth within the network.
  • 1 Referral Per Month:
    One referral per month within the seat-specific group helps strengthen connections, ensure active participation, and build a culture of trust and reciprocity. It keeps the group engaged, supports consistent business growth for all members, and reinforces the value of the network.
  • 1 Guest Per Month:
    Bringing one guest per month helps grow the group, expand networking opportunities, and introduce fresh referral potential for all members.

  • EXPECTATIONS & COMMITMENTS

  • As a member/applicant, I have read, understood, and agree to uphold
    the guidelines and policies outlined below.
    • Only one member per industry category is allowed
    • Categories are subject to split depending on need and size of the group.
    • Regular attendance is expected to maintain my seat within the group
    • I agree to maintain availability for the first and third Friday of each month from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM (dates and times subject to change with notice).
    • Members are responsible for maintaining good standing with all applicable licenses and/or insurance as required by federal, state, and/or county regulations.
    • Members understand that they may be asked to take on leadership responsibilities or roles within the group. This helps support the group's structure, encourages engagement, and fosters a strong, collaborative network.
    • Members are subject to annual review of expectations & commitments.

  • TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

  • Pinellas Park/ Gateway Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate memberships for good cause, defined as follows:
    • If a member is more than one month past due or repeatedly makes late payments of meal dues, Pinellas Park/ Gateway Chamber of Commerce has the authority to terminate memberships without refund. Any collection costs incurred by Pinellas Park/Gateway Chamber of Commerce (attorney fees/costs) will be collectible from the member as well.
    • If the above-listed expectations and commitments are repeatedly ignored/ unfulfilled.

  • Pinellas Park/ Gateway Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to terminate memberships for good cause, defined as follows:
    • If a member engages in unbecoming behavior such as:
      • Overly pushy sales tactics toward other members/disparagement of other members and/or Pinellas Park/ Gateway Chamber or Commerce, or other behavior that is against the interests of Pinellas Park/ Gateway Chamber of Commerce and/or its members,
  • I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT IN THE GROUP AND HAVE NOT BEEN PROMISED ACCEPTANCE.
