Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due at the end of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Â
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their event one time at no additional charge (the new date is subject to availability).
Retainers are transferable to the new date, but remain non-refundable.
Â
Cancellation Policy
Client cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the retainer fee.
Any payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the photographer’s discretion depending on the circumstances.

Â
Late Arrival & Schedule Delay Policy
Photography coverage will begin and conclude at the times agreed upon during booking.
The photographer understands that event timelines may occasionally run behind schedule. If delays are communicated as soon as possible, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the delay so the client receives the originally contracted number of coverage hours.
If the photographer does not have another scheduled booking or prior commitment following the event, coverage may be extended to fulfill the contracted hours at no additional charge.
However, if the photographer has another event or prior commitment, photography services will conclude at the originally agreed-upon end time. In such instances, the contracted rate will remain unchanged, and no refunds, discounts, or credits will be issued for coverage impacted by delays beyond the photographer’s control.
The photographer is not responsible for missed moments resulting from delayed event schedules, late arrivals, or timeline changes that were not communicated in advance.
Additional coverage beyond the contracted hours may be available, subject to the photographer’s availability, and will be billed at the photographer’s current overtime rate.

The photographer takes every reasonable precaution to safely operate and protect all photography equipment throughout the event.
The client assumes responsibility for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the photographer’s equipment caused by the client, the client’s guests, vendors, venue staff, or any individual under the client’s supervision through negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional acts.
Should such damage occur, the client may be held financially responsible for the reasonable costs associated with repair or replacement of the damaged equipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The photographer shall not be held responsible for interruptions in coverage resulting from equipment damage caused by third parties.Â
