    Aloha and mahalo for your interest in participating in the 2026 Honolulu Pride Festival at the Waikiki Shell on October 17, 2026, from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM! We’re excited to open booth applications earlier than ever before, giving our community more time to plan, connect, and collaborate as we build another incredible Pride celebration together. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning as a valued part of our Pride ʻohana, we’re thrilled to have you be part of this year’s festival. Please complete the application below to be considered for a booth space at the 2026 Honolulu Pride Festival. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

  • BOOTH SPACE & RENTALS

     Each accepted vendor will receive:

    • (1) 10’x10’ space only
    • No tent, table, or chairs included this year
    • You must bring your own setup — including a tent with proper weights

    Rental Options (if needed):

    • 10x10 Tent – $200
    • Table(s) – $15 each
    • Chair(s) – $5 each 

    EQUIPMENT & SETUP REQUIREMENTS

    If bringing your own setup, please note:

    • Tents must be exactly 10’x10’ and commercial-grade
    • Tent legs must be weighted (minimum 25 lbs per leg) — no staking allowed
    • Tables and chairs must fit within your space
    • No power is provided unless previously approved

    This booth registration is only available to sponsors whose current sponsorship package includes one complimentary booth. If your package does not include a booth or if you are requesting additional booth spaces, please select from either our for-profit or non-profit booth options.

  • Note: Payments are processed through PayPal.  You may pay using an existing PayPal account, or any major credit card / debit card.

    • Booth layout and placement will be shared in early October
    • Vendors are expected to follow all setup, safety, and community guidelines
