    Used Book Sale Consigner Registration
  • This event will be held Saturday, July 18, 2026 at St. Joseph Church in Raleigh.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Used Curricula Fair Guidelines

    • All used book sale items must be dropped off between 10a and 12p (noon) in St. Monica Hall. Please check in with a Book Sale Volunteer to confirm your drop-off.  You will be directed as to where to place your box(es).
    • All consigners should provide a list of books they are dropping off. Please include your name, consigner number, Book/Material names, and prices on this book list.
    • As a consigner you will receive an email with a consignment number. Please write in pencil on the inside right front cover page of each book (can use blank address labels for non-book items) the following information:
    • Consigner Number
    • Approximate Grade Level
    • Price - use whole numbers, no change please

    Minimum Price Policy – Please note that there is a minimum price policy of $1

    We will have a Free Table for items you'd like to give away

    Consignment Policy - Consigners pay a flat $10 fee to participate and receive all profits from the sale of their items.

    • Books and materials should be faithful to the magisterium of the Catholic Church, in reasonable wear and tear condition, priced for its age, condition and edition.
    • Refrain from selling books and materials that: 
      • Have pages torn out
      • Are heavily written in
      • Are overly worn or torn
      • Very outdated (both written materials and technology)
      • Are written in a different perspective contradictory to the faith
      • Novels, chapter books that may be immodest, explicit in nature, etc.
    • To ensure a more efficient retrieval of your items at the end of the event, we are requiring the seller to assist in finding and reclaiming their remaining items.
    • You will receive a check approximately six to eight weeks after the event for the items sold. The check will be mailed in the self addressed, stamped envelope which you will provide at the time of drop off of your sale items. Payments will not be made at the convention.
