    Registration — Warsaw, 11-13 December 2026

  • This Congress will take place in Warsaw, Poland from the 11th to 13th of December. Please complete the form to register your attendance.

    After you submit the form, our team will process your registration and send you your Congress ticket, which will include a QR code. If you are subject to a fee, you will receive a follow-up payment invitation based on the participant category you select (delegate, guest, volunteer...).

    • *The reduced fee is applicable to participants from countries with a median net income below or equal to 15,000 EUR. You can check the list of applicable countries.

    • You will receive a follow-up email to complete the payment in the coming weeks when we confirm your registration.

    • As a non-EU citizen, we will issue your ticket free of charge, but will deduct the fee selected above from your reimbursement expenses.
