Project Monitoring & Evaluation

The Herbal Medicine Trust would like to understand how you plan to monitor your project's progress and success, and how you will share updates and outcomes as your project develops.
Please summarise how you will monitor and evaluate your project, and how and when you intend to report progress and outcomes to the Herbal Medicine Trust throughout the project. Reporting arrangements will vary depending on the size and duration of the project, but should be appropriate and timely.

For example, you may wish to outline any planned progress updates, interim reports, milestone reviews, or final evaluation reports, and indicate when these are likely to be provided.

As a minimum, successful applicants will be expected to provide a summary of how grant funds were spent and explain any significant differences from the original proposal.
