    Please note that while you may submit an application it does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, you will be sent an invoice which must be paid within 5 business days to hold your space. Failure to pay the invoice will result in a void acceptance which will then be passed to the next person in line. All declined vendors will be notified and placed on a waitlist in the that event space becomes available within your category.

    We do not accept any food or beverage vending of any kind.

    - Pumpkin Festival invitations & waitlists sent out by the first week of September. 
    - Fall Festival (1+2) invitations & waitlists sent out by first week of October.

    Pumpkin Festival - Oct 24th - 25th
    $60 per booth before October 1st
    $80 per booth after October 1st  

    1st Fall Festival - Nov 27th - 29th
    $80 per booth before October 1st
    $140 per booth after October 1st

    2nd Fall Festival - Dec 5th - 6th

  • Booth Space: 

    12x12 spaces; tents and electicity are NOT provided. Generators are NOT allowed.

    Festival Dates:

    Pumpkin Festival - October 24th-25th

     - This is a two-day festival; therefore, vendors are required to set up both days. 

    1st Fall Festival - November 27th-29th

    - Vendors are not required to set up all three days, although it is highly encouraged. Traffic through the farm is heavy all three days. 

    2nd Fall Festival - December 5th-6th

    - Festival officially takes place on Saturday but staying set up on Sunday is encouraged since foot traffic is historically still high.
