2026 Sunflower Festival Band Application

Gorman Heritage Farm (GHF) is a 122-acre, nonprofit, educational working farm located in Evendale, OH. The mission of Gorman Heritage Farm is to cultivate a healthy community through farm-based education and experiences about food, sustainable agriculture, and the natural world.

The Sunflower Festival is a our largest fundraiser of the year to support our non-profit mission. Each year, over 6,000 guests enjoy all things Fall, with live music, food trucks, craft vendors, pumpkins, farm animals, hayrides, and of course - the Sunflower Field!

When: Saturday, October 3rd & Sunday, October 4th, 9am-5pm both days, rain or shine.

Performance Times: 10AM - 12 PM, 12:30-2:30 PM, 3-5 PM, each day.

GHF provides: load in/out assistance - subject to staff not tending to emergency needs in support of the festival; basic sound equipment support: 12-channel soundboard, sound engineer, 2 microphones and cables; covered space to play; and a festive environment where guests can't wait to be entertained! *equipment subject to change.

We ask that bands consider playing at a reduced rate for our nonprofit organization. What pay do you require?
