    About the ASCEND Program

The ASCEND program connects employers with NEET youth (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) and provides meaningful work opportunities. Employers receive a 100% minimum wage subsidy for 19-21 weeks while offering supported employment. This program empowers youth through skill development and work experience, with employers also asked to provide feedback to improve future opportunities.

If you are underemployed, eligibility may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we encourage you to apply if you face multiple barriers to the workforce.

For more details, please visit ASCEND Program Information.
