Custom orders are 9 Items or less, If your order is 10+ items please fill out the Bulk Order Inquiry form instead.

Upload your logo and place it on the garment trying to get it as close to the correct size. We will verify size and placement before running anything for your order.

Accepting or Declining Order Inquiries

Open Minded will now be looking over each submitted Order Inquiry and either accepting or declining the Inquiry.

Depending on our current work load we may not be able to get the customer's Job done by the set due date, the job might be out of our work scope, the job may not fit in with our brand identity or the job might not be profitable!

As soon as we review each inquiry we will let the customer know if we have accepted or declined the customer's Order Inquiry request and send them Form 2.

Custom Order Pricing

Custom Order Pricing is all on a quote basis! The pricing changes depending on how many garments your getting, the amount of stitching/heat transfers, if the custom is dyed or not and also the amount of Graphic Design work needed to complete the job.

Once you fill out this form and drag your designs onto our customizer we will get you a estimate for your custom, once we recieve your 50% deposit we will then get to work on your Custom! The turn around time on customs depends how backed up we are with other orders.
