  • 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be added at checkout. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

    Catering orders must be made by November 23. If you have any dietary restrictions, please register by November 23. We will try our best to accomodate those that register after this date.

    Medical Trainee is defined as a medical student or resident. Due to limited capacity, priority registration will be given to medical students and residents. Students from other disciplines are welcome to register but will automatically be placed on a waitlist.

  • Cancellations will be accepted until October 26, 2026 and are subject to a $60 processing fee plus applicable taxes. Refunds will not be processed after this date. After October 26, registration can be transferred to another individual in your organization up until November 26. If you decide to change your registration from in-person to virtual, you will not be refunded the difference in the registration fee.
