2026 IBMA Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

Thank you for showing interest in being a vendor at the 2026 IBMA World of Bluegrass! Please read the following information carefully.

The FREE portion of the IBMA Live! music festival, Pickin' in the Park, will be at both Miller Park and Miller Plaza on Saturday 10/24. Music will be programmed at both stages on on Saturday from 10 AM - 9 PM. Expect NO large fencing and an open air, community, family-friendly festival.

The bands that will be featured on these two stages will be Kids on Bluegrass bands, college bands from across the country, and local bands.

Please note: this form is for arts + crafts vendors. By completing this form, you are strictly showing your interest. We will reach out to you if you are confirmed, at which point we will send you a link to pay your booth fee.

The one-time booth fee is $100. Booth fee is subject to change if you require power. Once you've paid, load-in times and load-out times will be shared.

Installation and Dismantling of Vendor Booths: All installation and dismantling will be performed by and at the expense of Vendor. Load-in times and breakdown times will be emailed to vendors. Vendor agrees not to drill holes in the asphalt in order to set up a booth. Vendor acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage done to any part of any street or Miller Plaza or Miller Park.

Liability of Vendors: Artist assumes liability for any injury arising out of the ordinary cause of their performance and not caused by any act of the Agent. Artist agrees to hold harmless IBMA, River City Company and the City of Chattanooga from any claims, damages, losses and liability arising out of this agreement. IBMA is not responsible for the security/damage of any supplies or artwork.

(a) Vendor shall not bring or allow any article to be brought into or any act done on the site that will injure or deface any part of the site, nor permit anything to be done by Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives by which the Site may in any manner be injured, marred or defaced. (b) Vendor assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage, claim or other injury to any third parties resulting from or relating to the use of its assigned space on the Site or by Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives, and shall indemnify and hold harmless IBMA and its employees, agents and representatives from any and all such loss, damage, claim, injury or other expense relating thereto. (c) IBMA its employees, agents and representatives shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim or other injury to Vendor, Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives, or to any goods or property of the same, whether caused by fire, theft, act of God, accident or any cause whatsoever. (d) Vendor assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage, claim or other injury to Vendor, Vendor’s employees, agents or representatives, and to any appliances, materials or work, goods or other property of the same, whether caused by fire, theft, act of God, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and shall indemnify and hold harmless IBMA, its employees, agents and representatives from any and all such loss, damage, claim, injury or other expense relating thereto.
