Leadership Hopkins County is the premier leadership development program of the Hopkins County Regional Chamber of Commerce. The program develops informed, connected, and engaged leaders who are committed to strengthening our community.

Through monthly program days, participants gain firsthand insight into the organizations, industries, and issues that shape Hopkins County while building meaningful relationships, broadening their perspectives, and growing as leaders and community advocates.

Participant & Employer Commitments
I understand the goals and commitments of the LHC program. I have reviewed the requirements and meeting dates. Failure to meet attendance, participation, survey completion, or conduct expectations may affect my eligibility for graduation and may result in communication with my employer or sponsoring organization.
I understand that Leadership Hopkins County includes a variety of activities and experiences that may involve extended periods of walking, standing, climbing stairs, traveling, and visiting active worksites or outdoor locations. Some program days may include physically demanding environments or activities. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to assess my ability to safely participate in these activities. If I require accommodations or have concerns regarding participation, I will communicate those needs to program staff as early as possible.
