  • The conference is IN-PERSON ONLY. Registration is free but required for attending the conference and presenting a poster. Seats are limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Registration: July 31, 2026
    Poster abstract submission: July 31, 2026 
    Abstract acceptance notification to authors: Mid August 2026

    Participants are highly encouraged to book their accommodation as soon as possible.

  • Instructions for Abstract Submission and Poster Presentation 

    1. Abstract content must be scientific in nature and neither promotional nor commercial in tone; it should contain a summary of the essential scientific information.
    2. Submission deadline is July 31, 2026.
    3. Abstracts must be in English only.
    4. The abstract body, excluding title, authors and affiliations, must not exceed 300 words.
      1. Authors: include all authors and underline the presenting author(s). 
      2. Affiliations: include department name, institute name, city, state and country. 

    Note: Abstracts will be reviewed, and acceptance decisions will be announced by mid August 2026. All accepted abstracts will be made available to GSRS26 attendees and on the conference website and may be altered in format.
