Cancellations and No-Shows Policy: The Client understands and agrees that there are no refunds for any cancellation confirmed less than 24 hours before the scheduled transportation service pickup time, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. The Client further agrees that any reservation that is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, and any no-show, remains fully chargeable and non-refundable if the reservation has been paid in full.Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: I agree not to initiate or pursue a credit card or debit card chargeback for transportation services that have been executed or provided through the Client’s point of final release by James W Fox, LLC dba James W Fox Chauffeur. The Client also agrees not to initiate or pursue a credit card or debit card chargeback for a no-show or for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transportation service pickup time, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, when the reservation has been paid in full. The Client understands and agrees that if a cancellation is confirmed between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled transportation service pickup time, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total amount paid will be charged or retained by the James W Fox, LLC dba James W Fox Chauffeur. If the Client initiates a chargeback contrary to this Agreement, James W Fox, LLC dba James W Fox Chauffeur may treat such action as a breach of contract and may use this Agreement, the booking record, payment authorization, dispatch records, trip logs, and related service documentation in responding to the dispute or pursuing available remedies.
