Please review the following requirements:
- Prerequisite course credits must be earned from a regionally accredited institution. UC does not accept credits from national or institutional accreditation.
- Prerequisite courses must have been completed within the past 10 years.
- Pharmacology with Nursing Component must have been completed within one year of application.
- Anatomy and Physiology I, Anatomy and Physiology II (or Human Anatomy and Human Physiology), and Microbiology courses must include a lab component.
- Course grades must be assigned as a standard letter grade, with a minimum of a B- or higher. If you have received a "Pass/Fail" grade, a letter or proof of earning a B- or higher is required.
