Event Details:
Date: August 12, 2026
Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Location: The Smiley Building, 2nd Floor, Room 24

This session is intended to support service & hospitality industry employees through a restorative experience of sound, relaxation, and community connection. Participants will be invited to rest comfortably while experiencing approximately 60 minutes of quiet reflection and sound immersion.

Please note:
• Participants must be age 14 or older.
• Participants ages 14–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The event space is accessed by stairs and may not be accessible to all participants.
• The experience includes approximately 60 minutes of quiet rest and listening and is not suitable for young children.
• Space is limited and advance registration is required.
