    Apply for the Three Points Community Festival. Please complete all required fields to be considered.
  • Festival Details

    Date: 3/13/2027. Festival time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Location: Altar Valley Elementary School.

    • Once your vendor application is approved, you will then be sent a method of payment.
    • Set up time: 7:30–9:30 AM.
    • Tear down: after 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.

    Vendor Rules & Requirements — Three Points Community Festival 

    By submitting an application, vendors agree to comply with the following:

    • Submission does not guarantee acceptance; organizers may decline vendors based on space, product mix, or event needs.
    • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
    • Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, permits, and taxes; vendors are responsible for collecting/remitting Arizona sales tax.
    • Booths: standard spaces ~10' x 10'; vendors provide tents, tables, chairs, displays, extension cords; tents must be weighted; booths must stay within assigned space. Resources will be given a 6ft space indoors.
    • Setup & breakdown: check in during setup time; remove vehicles before opening; booths must remain staffed during hours; early teardown requires approval; leave space clean.
    • Products: only items approved on application; counterfeit, illegal, offensive, or hazardous items prohibited; organizers may require removal of inappropriate merchandise.
    • Food & Cottage Food: comply with health dept. rules; Cottage Food vendors must have valid Arizona Cottage Food registration if applicable; obtain required permits/licenses.
    • Insurance: general liability recommended; food vendors or those doing demos may need to provide proof of insurance.
    • Electricity: limited and available only if requested and approved; list electrical needs on application.
    • Safety & Conduct: no open flames/generators/propane/cooking without prior approval; keep walkways clear; treat guests/volunteers/vendors respectfully; keep amplification reasonable; no aggressive sales tactics.
    • Weather: rain-or-shine — be prepared for wind, sun, and changing conditions.
    • Liability & Removal: Friends of Robles Ranch and affiliates are not responsible for loss/damage/injury; festival may remove vendors for unsafe or disruptive conduct with no refund.

    Agreement: By submitting this application, the vendor certifies information is accurate and agrees to follow festival policies and requirements.

  • Non-profit organizations, state/county or other resources will be provided with a 6-foot space located inside the venue; for-profit vendors will be allocated a 10x10 booth space outdoors unless otherwise approved.
