Unity Flows Director Applications 2026/2027
Unity Flows Society is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential hygiene products to women in need. Beyond meeting critical needs, Unity Flows strives to empower women and girls in all aspects of life, fostering confidence in their unique identities through leadership, advocacy, and community engagement.

Finance:
- Manage Unity Flow’s budget, track spending, and oversee annual financial planning
- Proficiency using Google Sheets or equivalent platforms
- Organize financial documentation for reporting and government requirements
- Lead sponsorship and grant applications
- Oversee fundraising initiatives
Human Resources:
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct and coordinate member interviews
- Address and resolve internal member concerns
- Manage changes in team positions
- Maintain internal member records and HR documentation
IT:
- Create, manage and maintain the Unity Flows website
- Manage Unity Flows email accounts and digital platforms
- Provide technical support to team members
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Support and expand the organization’s overall digital infrastructure
Requirements:
- Web development and design experience, proficiency in no-code/low-code builders + coding knowledge
- Experience managing organization domains, setting up custom email addresses, and administering workspace tools
Marketing:
- Manage Unity Flows social media and digital presence
- Lead content creation and promotional campaigns
- Proficiency using Canva or equivalent platforms
- Develop content that communicates the organization’s mission and initiatives
- Build Unity Flows branding and messaging
- Increase community awareness and engagement
Outreach:
- Plans and organizes Unity Flow events and community initiatives
- Brainstorms and develops event and initiative ideas
- Coordinates logistics and timelines
- Collaborates with other departments to support organizational initiatives
- Helps coordinate the execution of events and initiatives
Chapter Leads:
- Build and lead their own team within their school or community to establish and grow a Unity Flows chapter
- Coordinate and develop local community initiatives, brainstorm projects that address local needs, and organize events
- Manage chapter logistics, timelines, and volunteers while collaborating with other departments to support Unity Flows broader initiatives and goals
