Important: this form does not register your child or reserve a roster spot; official Colts grant application approval and official league registration are required before roster placement.   • Application Process

    1. Submit Gridiron Crib Colts Grant Intake form.
    2. Submit for Colts Grant Application through this hyperlink Colts Scholarship Grant
    3. If approved, Gridiron C.R.I.B. will contact you, and provide a coupon code for the $100 off. 
    4. Parent must complete player registration on the Gridiron C.R.I.B. website.
