• Any time beyond the allotted time requested for this job will be charged to me at a 5% upcharge to the standard hourly rate
• Payment must be made via cash, check, Venmo or Cash App at the time of service for any additional time needed
• If payment is not received/approved once the job is complete, Guardian Movers, LLC will no longer accept job requests from me
• If my personal property is damaged, resulting in the need for FULL replacement (meaning it CANNOT be fixed), Guardian Movers, LLC will pay up to the limits of the personal property replacement policy (see owner for details when applicable)
• Video and audio recording can be in use for your safety as well as the safety of our crew
• If oversized items aren't disclosed at the job request, you will be charged at the time of service (e.g. piano, safe etc.)
• Any damage to personal property once the truck is loaded and leaves the job site, is NOT Guardian Movers, LLC responsibility.
