Project Management Excellence (Max Points: 25)
Demonstrates the student or student team applied strong project management practices to successfully lead projects from initiation through delivery, achieving defined objectives in a structured, effective, and professional manner.
Innovation & Ingenuity (Max Points: 15)
Demonstrates how the student or student team introduced creative solutions, new approaches, or improved methods to overcome challenges and enhance project outcomes.
Impact & Value Delivered (Max Points: 15)
Demonstrates how the student or student team’s leadership has contributed to measurable business, organisational, or community value through successful project delivery.
Stakeholder / Client Satisfaction (Max Points: 10)
Demonstrates how the student or student team built and maintained strong stakeholder relationships, ensured effective communication, and achieved a high level of confidence and satisfaction among clients, sponsors, and project stakeholders.
Complexity & Risk Management (Max Points: 10)

Demonstrates how creatively challenges were addressed through new ideas, improved methods, technology, tools, or practices that enhanced the project or its outcomes.

Demonstrates the measurable results achieved, including strategic value, operational improvement, customer or community benefit, financial return, social impact, or institutional advancement.
