Volunteer Acknowledgement & Disclaimer
By submitting this form and participating as a volunteer for the Kick'n Country Parade, I acknowledge and agree that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. I understand that volunteer activities may involve standing, walking, lifting, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and other duties associated with event operations.
I agree to follow all instructions provided by event organizers, staff, and designated supervisors, and to conduct myself in a safe, respectful, and professional manner. I understand that failure to follow directions or adhere to safety requirements may result in my removal from volunteer duties.
I release and hold harmless the Camrose & District Chamber of Commerce or the City of Camrose, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses that may arise from my participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I authorize the Camrose & District Chamber of Commerce to use photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during the event that may include my image for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.
By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above, and that I am physically capable of performing the volunteer duties assigned to me. If I am under the age of 18, I confirm that I have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian to participate.
