What You Will Do: • Lead and supervise sanitary sewer and stormwater operations, including collection systems, drainage systems, and pump stations • Manage daily operations, staffing, budgeting, capital improvement projects, and regulatory compliance activities • Coordinate with contractors, regulatory agencies, City departments, and community stakeholders • Develop and implement operational goals, policies, procedures, and safety practices • Mentor and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and safety focused work environment
