Terms and Conditions:
-Artisan vendors to be selected/approved by event committee.
-Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis!
-This event is Rain or Shine!
-Application and fee are due by July 24, 2026.
-Vendor agrees to promote the event at every available opportunity, including store location, company website, and social media.
-Set up time for vendors will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am (exact load in time will be provided within a week of event). All vehicles must be vacated from the festival area by 11:00 am, no exceptions.
-You will be assigned a set-up location (10 ft x 10 ft) upon acceptance of your application.
-You are responsible for your own tent, table, chairs and anything else for set-up. Electricity is NOT available & Generators are NOT permitted.
-All vendors must provide liability insurance naming Culpeper Renaissance Inc. as co-insured.
-Your name will be included in promotional material when possible.
-Two booth workers will be admitted as general admission for the event. Additional tickets can be purchased in advance or at gate.
